For Users of TablePress Pro and TablePress Max

Priority Email Support

Users with a valid TablePress Premium license plan are eligible for direct and personal priority email support.

Please send us your support request by email, to the address you can find on the TablePress “About” screen in your site’s WordPress Dashboard.

For Users of TablePress Free

Community Support

Would you like a fast email reply, directly from the TablePress team, instead of posting in public forums?

If you do not have a valid TablePress Premium subscription, you can use the public WordPress Support Forums for help and support questions, where other TablePress users might be able to assist.

Please search through the forums first, and create a new topic if you don’t find an existing answer.

If you include as much information about the problem as possible and add a link (the URL) to the page with the table in question, it will be much easier for any volunteers to help. For safe and effective resolution of technical issues, it can also be beneficial to create a staging site e.g. using WP Staging.

Of course, if you can assist other users, please feel free to post an answer in the forums!
